writing is the coloring in of all the gray matter in our heads, it is the lift and glow and warmth that make the day that much more tolerable. and if at the end of the day we have only managed to bring a large collection of thoughts to a very small family of listeners, we will still count our hopeful golden fortunes, one by one, begging them to reveal more of their story.
